It is nothing new but has been going on since this June: Palestinians are rioting all over Jerusalem. They throw stones, firecrackers and Molotov Cocktails at the Israelis, our homes as well as at buses and the tram. Almost every day, police and army are also patrolling my neighbourhood. For the past few days, we have been suffering from further riots.
It is sad to admit that we already got used to looking up and down the street before leaving the house. If there are Arab youths around, I usually wait for them to pass. We are also used to smashed car windows or Palestinian setting parked cars on fire. A few weeks ago, a parked car was set on fire near Derech Beit Lechem because there was an Israeli flag on the car.
The two pictures show police cars under my balcony last night when Arabs started rioting again.
