Tonight, we are going to light the 8th and last Chanukkah candle this year. It is the night where hundreds of people walk around Jerusalem in order to take pictures. I am planning on going with a friends and hopefully, I am putting the pictures on the blog tomorrow.
Here is a video with the Toldot Aharon Rebbe lighting the Chanukkiyah:
All chassidic groups have big celebrations but, once again, it is better to be male than female. No matter where I go, the Ezrat Nashim is always crowded and it is hard to get anywhere in the front in order to see the Rebbes.
Since Toldot Aharon opened their new Beit Midrash, I am not too keen on going there. The new building is too big and has several floors where I usually get lost. I found the atmosphere much nicer when we were still in the old Beit Midrash.
