This year, Shushan Purim is falling on a rather “strange” day: The first Megillah reading is Thursday night (next week) and the second reading is taking place on Friday morning. So, when is the Se’udah going to be and how about all the celebrations ? I asked
and got an immediate response:
The Se’udah should take place on Friday. As early as possible. Right after the Megillah reading.
We are having a rather short Shushan Purim in Jerusalem this year. I am used to go for a Se’udah on Purim afternoon and to the Tishes in the evening. However, this year Purim is a bit different. At least in Jerusalem. 🙂
