Shabbat BAMIDBAR & Shavuot Times in Jerusalem

This week’s Shabbat starts tomorrow night at 6.58 pm. The Parasha is Parashat BAMIDBAR (the first Parasha in the Book of Numbers). 

Shabbat ends on Saturday night at 8.15 pm. The Jewish holiday of SHAVUOT is beginning right after Shabbat ends. 

Sunday is a holiday in Israel and there are neither buses nor open stores. Unless you go to Muslim Quarter in the Old City or Jerusalem or find a non – kosher cafe in Tel Aviv or elsewhere.

Shavuot ends on Sunday night at 8.16 pm. Then buses will start running and everything goes back to normal. Monday will be a regular work day !
